    Careful in all details, good reception despite arriving late and allowed us to leave the room a little later.

    I was surprised they asked for bail. I don't see it normal in a hotel of this category. It's never happened to me before in any other country.

    The room was modern and well-designed with separate shower stall, comfy bed and views of Vitosha and the breakfast was extraordinary. The location was particularly good, 4-6 minutes' walking distance from Russian Church st Nicholas.

    The location, the hotel is central to Sofia and most attractions are just minutes are away on foot. The in-house restaurant was very nice and the menu varied. Oh not forgetting the London casino, just next door to the hotel.

    The hotel room seemed a little dated.

    service, we were recommended and booked in two great restaurants. attentive. rooms are very comfortable and facilities are very new.

    They ask for a credit card as a guarantee without notifying the reservation. They finally accepted debit card as collateral. Breakfast too expensive.

    excellent location, but when you have a room in the front, it is rather noisy during the night

    It was very nice location. It is near the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and almost city centre. It is possibel to visit main sightseeing place by walk. Room is quite big and there was many kinf of the pillow for own sellect. Also additional servise, i took massage servise. It was friendly and good servise.

    The tap water was dirty ( brown full with mad ) although there were was a sujestion that it was ok to drink. In my opinion they have to put filters so they reduce that

    big room, big bathroom, comfortable bed.

    room maintenance-bathroom did not have a heating (room 319), one of the windows was cracked and that made it noisy inside. generally the front windowd need better noise insulation.

    Mostly friendly staff, clean rooms. Quiet.

    On my one evening to dine there I was told I would have to eat in the bar as a party occupied the restaurant. I needed to read over dinner and it was too dark in the bar so I had to go out and find another restaurant. But if it was booked it was not anyone's fault.

    The location of the hotel is excellent situated in Narodno Sabranie Square across from the parliament and the magnificient St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral. The staff were business like and not overfriendly, unlike the hugely friendly and helpful staff of the nearby Shearaton where our taxi driver brought us first by mistake.The staff also arranged, in advance, our taxi to the airport at 4.30am and they were very efficient in their communications by email in this matter.The price of the taxi was a bit high but saved the hassle and uncertainty of arranging it ourselves at 4.00am- We were upgraded, at no extra cost to a business suite and it was magnificient. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we intend to stay there again.

    We were disappointed with the restaurant. We were not informed that there was a second restaurant, The Glass Bar which is listed to remain open until 11.00pm. We had to contend with Flannagans Bar and this was disappointing. The menu we got certainly did not match that on the website and we finished up having fish and chips and Chicken respectively. Not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. This was our only disappointment, but it was a significant disappointment as our stay was very short.
